Founder
Jay Moore, the founder of T.R.U.T.H Basketball Academy, is revolutionizing the game in 2024! With 14 years of experience at DeKalb High School, Kishwaukee College, Illinois Attack, and Illinois Rockets, Moore is ready to leave a lasting impact in the basketball world.
As a 2-time NJCAA Coach of the Month, Moore has proven his expertise and dedication. He has had the privilege of working and learning alongside legendary coaches like Mike Reynolds, Jimmy Collins, Rob Buss, Al Biancalana, Mark Montgomery, Cuonzo Martin, Mike Davis, Mark Beinborn and Tom Izzo
During his prep days, Moore was named a Top 100 player in the state of Indiana while playing for Gary Westside High School (GWS '03). He showcased his talent as a 3-year varsity player and represented AAU teams Bloomington Red and Spiece Gym Rats. As he progressed to collegiate basketball, Moore made his mark at the University of Illinois-Chicago, Sauk Valley College, and the University of Dubuque. His exceptional skills on the court earned him All-Arrowhead Conference honors.
Moore is a proud graduate of the University of Dubuque, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. With his extensive background and passion for the game, Jay Moore is poised to shape the next generation of basketball stars at T.R.U.T.H Basketball Academy.

P3 Basketball was founded in 2023 by Coach Jay Moore.
At P3, our mission is to cultivate a competitive and character-driven travel basketball program rooted in the core values of hard work, discipline, dedication, and accountability. We believe that success on and off the court is achieved through relentless effort, mental toughness, and a commitment to continuous growth.
Our athletes are challenged to Play Hard, Play Smart, Play Together — competing with intensity, making intelligent decisions, and embracing the power of teamwork. Through this journey, we aim to develop not only skilled basketball players but responsible young leaders prepared for life’s challenges.

Training Sessions
1-on-1 Trainings:
- 1 session: $60/hour
- 5 sessions: $300-10%= $270
- 10 sessions: $600-20%= $480
